Meet Dr. Patel

Raj Patel, DMD, is a charismatic, passionate, and caring individual.

He grew up in Panama City Beach, FL prior to attending the University of Florida where he completed his undergraduate studies. He then moved to Bradenton, FL to attend LECOM school of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Patel loves dentistry because he gets to interact with people from all walks of life on a daily basis and gets to restore their smiles. He feels that restoring someone’s smile can be one of the most rewarding things in practice as it empowers people to have more confidence in themselves.

His goal as an oral health professional is for patients to leave his office feeling better than when they arrived; this means that Dr. Patel will take whatever time necessary during each appointment to make sure you feel comfortable and knowledgeable.

When Dr. Patel isn’t working in his office, you can find him on the court with a basketball, climbing rock walls or out on the tennis court. He loves to take on new challenges and has no problem taking the time to learn. He loves hanging out with family and friends, no matter what it is, whether it be hosting game nights or singing his heart out at karaoke.

Dr. Patel wholeheartedly believes in the power of giving back to the community. He’s always looking for opportunities to be involved with events that help other people; he participates in freedom clinic, where he really enjoyed giving out free dental care as well as teaching/mentoring dental students from the University of Florida, free dental day at Smiles for Miles in Orange Park, FL, give kids a smile, etc. Dr. Patel is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it may be needed.
